Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Business Analyst based in Australia or the Philippines. You will work closely with our clients, architects and developers, and be the bridge between what the business needs and what the team builds.

You will be involved across the whole project. You will run workshops to understand how people work today and what they need, turn that into clear requirements and user stories, and then make sure the finished solution works for them. That includes testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and helping users adopt the change through training and change management.

Salesforce delivery is changing fast, and we are excited to be part of it. AI is already part of how we analyse requirements, write and review code, test and document. We want someone who shares that excitement and wants to help shape how AI fits into business analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Run workshops: Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with client stakeholders and end users.
  • Understand user needs: Map current and future processes, uncover the real problems behind requests, and gather requirements from the people who will use the system.
  • Write clear requirements: Turn what you learn into user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps the team can build from.
  • Test the solution: Write test scenarios and test the solution against the requirements before it reaches the client.
  • Lead UAT: Prepare and support user acceptance testing with the client, track issues and help get sign-off.
  • Manage the change: Help clients plan for the impact on their people and processes, and communicate what is changing and why.
  • Train users: Prepare training material and run training sessions so users are confident on day one.
  • Deliver with AI: Use AI tools across your work, and help shape how AI fits into our delivery process.

Qualifications

  • Business Analysis: Proven experience as a business analyst on technology projects, from discovery through to go-live.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Confidence running workshops with stakeholders at all levels, and drawing out what people actually need.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and what it can do out of the box, so you can shape requirements around it.
  • Testing and UAT: Experience writing test scenarios, testing solutions and running user acceptance testing.
  • Change and Training: Experience supporting users through change, including preparing training material and running sessions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to explain things clearly to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred: AI Experience

  • Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • A genuine passion for working in an AI-augmented way, and good judgement about where AI output needs human review.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, such as building flows, fields and page layouts.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification.
  • Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart or Miro.

Work Rights

You must be based in Australia or the Philippines and hold the right to work in that country. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
