This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer based in the Philippines. We’re open to a range of levels, from junior to senior: we look for capability and curiosity rather than years of experience. As one of our early technical hires, you will take ownership of what you build. You will work directly with our CTA Founder, with close mentorship and a say in architectural decisions.
You will design and build custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and API integrations. We are looking for an engineer who cares about why we are building a solution, not just how.
Qualifications
Apex and LWC: Proficiency in Apex (design patterns and asynchronous processing) and LWC, and the ability to design around platform limits.
Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
Academic Foundation: A strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering principles. Academic achievement (for example, high honours or Dean’s List) is valued.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Experience: Any level, junior through senior. We value ability and potential over years of experience.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, etc.) are a plus but optional. Problem-solving ability matters more.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
Modern Front-End: Proficiency in React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Full-Stack Capability: Experience with Node.js or other back-end languages.
Cloud Architecture: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ecosystem Depth: Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds.
Why Join Sliick?
Direct CTA Mentorship: Work closely with a Certified Technical Architect and learn from their experience.
Boutique Culture: We are a small team, so your ideas and decisions have a direct impact.
Complex Challenges: Work on projects that require engineering skill, not only declarative configuration.
