Themes and branding

How a served form looks. Open Settings in the builder’s top bar and find the Theme section. Every form has its own theme.

Brand colour, background colour, text colour, font family, and a logo.

Corner Radius and Field Spacing are guided controls: a picker of common sizes plus a numeric value, with a Custom option for any CSS length, including zero, and live preview as you type.

The form header title comes from the theme and is rendered on served forms.

Every form starts from an org-wide default theme, and every form overrides it independently, so changing the default changes only the forms that have not set that value themselves.

Change the default from the Admin Dashboard’s Default theme panel, in the right-hand column under Delivery. It shows the six values in force and opens the same six controls the builder’s theme panel uses. Whatever you leave blank keeps the packaged default, and Use package defaults clears all six in one click. A form’s own theme still wins over anything set here.

There is nothing to configure in Setup. The packaged default appears there read-only by design, because the package supplies its values. Use the dashboard panel instead.

One other approach is sometimes what you want: set the theme on one form and use Duplicate for new ones, which carries it.

Colours accept hex, colour names, and both older and modern CSS colour functions. Corner Radius and Field Spacing take any non-negative CSS length. Fonts come from a short list of stacks that browsers already have. The full detail, including the formats that are ignored and the setting an external logo needs, is on Colours, fonts and logos.
