Analytics dashboard

The Analytics tab is admin-only and sources everything from existing generation history, so there is no new tracking to set up. The dashboard auto-refreshes every 5 minutes, with a manual refresh available.

KPI tiles	Documents generated this month, last month and lifetime, plus the success rate over 30 days
Daily volume	Column chart of daily generation volume across the last 30 days
Top 10 templates	Table of the most-used templates with run counts
Top 10 users	Table of the most-active end users
Failure breakdown	Donut chart grouped by failure category

The failure category is recorded the moment a generation fails, so the dashboard stays fast no matter how much history accumulates. Older failures that predate categorisation show as Other until they age out of the 30-day window.

Note: the charts on this dashboard are built into Sliick Docs and need no configuration. They belong to the dashboard and are not offered as components in Lightning App Builder or in Flow. If you want charting components of your own to place on pages and in flows, the open-source Sliick Charts package can be installed in the same org alongside Sliick Docs and provides exactly that.
