Form language

• Choose the language a form is written in, from 18 languages. See Form settings.
• Sliick Forms’ own text, including the confirmation email, follows the form’s language.
• Respondents see the best match for their browser language when the form has translations.
• The Translations panel picks from the same 18 languages.
• On Experience Cloud, Follow the site’s language shows the visitor’s site language.

Responses

• A response sent under a reused link is kept and marked Suspected duplicate for you to review. See The responses console.
• A response that fails a form’s checks can be kept for review, then accepted. See Responses that failed validation.
• Edit answers now offers questions a response left out, and corrections build on each other.
• If one of your own validation rules or automations stops a response being marked as processed, the processing is undone cleanly.
• One email goes to the notify list when a form reaches its response limit.
• Notification and confirmation emails now arrive shortly after the response, not instantly.

Dates, numbers and logic

• Date and Date/Time answers must be real dates, and Date/Time follows the respondent’s time zone.
• A number the Salesforce field cannot hold is caught at submit. Republish forms that map number, currency or rating questions.
• A Date question can now feed a Date/Time field.
• Visibility rules give the same answer everywhere a form is answered.
• Field names use letters, digits and underscores only.

Looking after your org

• Three clean-up Flow actions remove old uploads, saved answers and log entries on a schedule you set. Nothing is removed until you schedule them. See Scheduled clean-up.
• A daily upload allowance of 250 MB per form applies to uploads through Sliick Edge and other connected systems. See File uploads.
• Responses that Sliick Edge or a connected system sent but your org turned away are listed in Integration refusals. See The Admin Dashboard.
• Sliick Forms Admin and Sliick Forms Operator users can run the record-link and process Flow actions from a connected system.

Smaller improvements

• A multi-select can be filled from a repeated link parameter or a record.
• A Signature-only form now attaches its signature.
• Display Text shows its formatting in the builder.
• Number and Currency accept decimals on Experience Cloud.
• Required answers containing only spaces are caught before sending.
• The save-for-later page is translated, and its Copy button confirms.
• On Experience Cloud, the A/B test version a visitor is shown resets after 30 days.

Upgrading

Upgrade from 0.8.0. The packaged permission sets update themselves. See Upgrading the package for what to check.

• If you set up your own guest profile or permission sets, add the new read access listed there.
• Republish forms that map number, currency or rating questions.
• The CSV export has three new columns after IsTest.
• A Date/Time answer with no time zone is now read in your org’s default zone when processed.
