What Sliick Photos is

Sliick Photos brings photo management directly to your Salesforce record pages: a profile photo on a record, a gallery of the images attached to it, and a photo editor for marking those images up without leaving Salesforce. This page explains what the app gives you and where to go next, whether you are setting it up or using it day to day.

Sliick Photos adds three components that an administrator places on Salesforce record pages:

ComponentWhat it does
Sliick Profile PhotoShows and manages a single photo for a record. Available on Contact and Account record pages, including Person Accounts.
Sliick Photo GalleryShows the images attached to a record as a carousel or a grid, with search, tags, and the photo editor.
Sliick File ListLists and manages every file attached to the record, not just images. It is how images get onto a record in the first place.

There is nothing separate to log in to. If you can see the components on a record page, you already have the access you need. If you expect a component and it is not there, ask your administrator.

Your administrator chooses where Sliick Photos keeps images:

  • Salesforce Files is the default and keeps everything inside your org.
  • Sliick Cloud Storage is a fully managed cloud option.
  • Bring your own storage connects your organisation’s own Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, or SharePoint location.

The choice matters, because larger images, tags, share links and automatic image processing are available only on cloud storage. See Choose your storage option.

Sliick Photos and Sliick Files are the same package, so an org that has one has both. For managing documents, PDFs, spreadsheets and other non-image files, see the Sliick Files documentation.

Sliick Photos is available on the AppExchange.
