You normally insert tags from the pane. This is what they look like if you need to read or type one yourself.

Three rules to remember:

• Inside a repeating table, child fields are written without the object name: {{FirstName}}, not {{Contact.FirstName}}. The same applies inside a nested list.
• Totals go outside the table.
• Text values in conditions use single quotes: 'Technology'.
