Supported file types and size limits
Use this page to check whether a file will upload, and where it will show up once it has.
File types
Section titled “File types”The file list accepts any file type. There is no upload restriction. The image gallery is a filtered view that shows image files only; everything else appears in the file list.

Size limits

| External cloud storage | Larger files are supported. A profile photo is capped at 25 MB |
If a file is too large:
- For photos, compress the image before uploading. Most phones have a “send as smaller size” option when sharing a photo.
- For documents, split the file or compress it with a zip tool.
